Known as a "change agent," Rolando utilizes the principles of Total Quality Management developed by Dr. W. Edwards Deming. He is an excellent problem solver and is certified as a Kepner-Tregoe Analytical Troubleshooting Instructor. He is also a Meyers-Briggs Certified Administrator and is known as an expert in Total Quality Management. He utilizes this expertise, knowledge and background as he facilitates conflict resolution, team building, and diligently manages organizations and companies to increase profitability. Rolando has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
