Ron has worked in 10 countries and served in almost every executive management position over the past 30 years. As a transformation specialist, Ron speaks to organizations around the world on such topics as strategic planning, business innovation, organizational growth and talent management. Ron is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Institute of Management Consultants, part of the International Faculty of Target Training International (TTI) and a consultant in Good Standing with the Hartman Institute at the University of Tennessee. He is a TTI Chairman's Club member and is a Certified Behaviors, Values and TriMetrix Analyst. Ron is the current outgoing chairman of the board for the Better Business Bureau of Southwest Idaho and Eastern Oregon and a past president of the Nampa Rotary Club.
