As a certified ASTD E-Learning instructional designer, Sandi specializes in developing learning opportunities and training programs to prepare corporate talent for growth and leadership. With a focus on working with individuals as well as groups, Sandi provides the personal coaching relationship needed to ignite a person's full talent potential. She is also a certified TriMetrix™ Talent Consultant.
Sandi has enjoyed a 15 year career in training and coaching both in the U.S. and internationally. She is also the owner of Three Sisters Communication and a published author. Sandi has a B. Th. and has completed course-work in coaching and public speaking.
