Shelly Moore and
Sandi Funkhouser, members of the Price Associates team, recently achieved their TriMetrix® Certification awarded by Target Training International Ltd., the world leader of scientifically validated assessments.
As certified talent consultants for Price Associates, Moore and Funkhouser use assessment reports to help organizations discover and develop the untapped potential already available in an organizations’ workforce. The reports are designed to focus on
benchmarking jobs,
assessing personal talent, and then matching the talent to the job.
Moore has been with Price Associates for over a year and is responsible for office management, communications, research and project management. She has a B.S. in Education and will soon complete her Masters in Business Administration.
As an instructional design specialist and personal coach, Funkhouser specializes in developing learning opportunities and training programs to prepare corporate talent for growth and leadership. She has a B. Th. and has completed course-work in coaching and public speaking.
