NAMPA, Idaho - November 27, 2007 - Ron Price, local author, speaker and executive coach, will speak at two upcoming events in Shanghai, China. Price recently participated in the Governor’s Trade Mission to China, visiting four cities in ten days. He returns to China to speak at The 2007 AmCham (American Chamber) Shanghai Education & Training Conference. The conference theme, “Building Organizational Capability,” is directed at human resource practitioners and others responsible for employee professional development. Price will deliver the keynote speech on igniting positive change in individuals and organizations. AmCham Shanghai is the largest American Chamber in China, with over
3,500 members representing more than 1500 companies. It strives to be the leading international business association in China. AmCham Shanghai, realizes that, to compete in aggressive markets, businesses need to focus on building sustainable teams from hiring through training and educating employees.
Price will also be lecturing to MBA professors and students at Fudan University on building great companies and the role that talent management plays in the process. Located in Shanghai, Fudan has a more than 100 year history and is one of the most celebrated universities in China, and perhaps the world.
