As a business consultant, Bruce brings a wealth of experience in financial, personnel, operations and marketing management. Bruce’s 30 plus years in business and finance have taken him around the world and into almost every avenue of business development. This expertise allows Bruce to be a tremendous resource for our business clients.

Over the years, Bruce has served in many capacities including teacher, professor, financial planner and business executive. His passions have also led him to pursue greater knowledge and understanding. He is unique in his educational background in that he holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Development. Bruce is also a Certified Professional Behaviors and Values Analyst.

In 2008, Bruce presented research from doctoral studies by invitation of the Autonomous Learning World Caucus at Oxford University. His research identifies the patterns we use in learning and in making decisions and is valuable for businesses who are dealing with high levels of change. Bruce is the author of "The role of value as an antecedent to cognitive engagement" and also teaches as an adjunct business professor at local universities.  

Bruce's active community involvement contributes to his balance as a person and a consultant. He serves on several boards of directors, has been a leader in Kiwanis Club and has been active with community youth through the Boy Scouts of America.
