Justin has nearly 20 years of marketing and sales experience in a broad variety of industries including retail, technology, transportation, and consulting. Justin brings fresh perspectives on business, building authentic brands and developing a strong customer base. He has provided strategic marketing to several well known companies and is recognized on a much broader scale as a thought leader.
As a professional speaker, Justin has spoken at over 300 events and workshops in the US – including as far away as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His extensive B2B sales experience honed his ability to communicate value, distill complexity down to simple ideas, and to develop relationships.
In addition to speaking and consulting, Justin is a writer and blogger on modern branding/maketing tactics and trends - especially related to social media, corporate transparency, and Gen Y. His first book, "Oatmeal v Bacon: How to Differentiate in a Generic World" was published in May 2011. He also works with high schools and universities to educate students on marketing and branding trends. He is actively involved in Optimist Youth Football as a league director and head coach. Justin also serves on the board of Discovery Center of Idaho and provides his time and expertise to several other non-profits.
