Shawn is the founder of The Professional Development Group. Using an assessment-based approach, they coach organizations on how to apply assessment methodology to their talent management efforts.

Shawn joins Price Associates as an Executive Coach and focuses on coaching leaders to build stronger relationships, effective teams, and to develop their emotional intelligence. She has over twenty years of people development expertise, as well as deep experience in one-on-one coaching. Her previous experience with several organizations covered a variety of roles.

As a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Shawn earned her M.S. in Organization Dynamics from The University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she holds a number of certifications in assessment analysis and serves on the boards of several professional organizations including the advisory board of The Organization Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society. She is the President of the Lehigh Valley Penn Club and active in the Forum of Executive Women.

In addition to offering her coaching services to Price Associates, Shawn is a frequent speaker at conferences and Fortune 500 companies. She is also the author of six business communication books, most recently Conversations That Get Results and Inspire Collaboration: Engage Your Team, Your Peers, and Your Manager to Take Action.
