Her work with companies in a variety of industries has given Shelly a unique platform from which to customize process improvement from analysis to full program implementation. She is an ASQ-Certified Quality Process Analyst (ASQ CQPA).
As a Certified Professional Behavior and Values Analyst, Shelly has experience in talent assessment and job benchmarking. Shelly has an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University where she teaches business statistics as needed and has served as a guest lecturer.
