I have been speaking to MBA and EMBA classes at the Fudan/MIT joint programs in Shanghai since 2007, working with multiple classes of MBS/EMBA students who have completed over 200 talent profiles.

I have observed that the TriMetrix Talent Profile is just as insightful in China as it is here in the U.S. The report helps us better understand a leader's natural tendencies on how they respond to problems, interact with people, deal with change, and comply with rules and expectations.
In addition, it has shown a cross-culture effectiveness in identifying underlying workplace motivators and in predicting judgement patterns in decision making and problem solving. Following the classes, many of the students describe me as a "fortune teller". I explain to them that it is not about me - it is the picture they took of themselves through the TriMetrix Talent System.
