We recently hosted a complimentary webinar on Continuous Process Improvement with CPI Facilitator and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, David Callen. David talked about the importance of first looking at processes for the cause of breakdowns versus looking at people.
After a brief overview of Lean Six Sigma, Webinar attendees participated in an exercise to determine the 8 wastes that cause re-work: Defects, Overproduction, Waiting, Non-value Processing, Transportation, Inventory, Motion in the excess, and Employees.
