Lynn works with organizations to design systems and programs that will meet their needs now and in the years to come. With a degree in art and psychology, she brings a unique blend of insightful creativity to dealing with human resource (HR) issues. Drawing from her extensive experience in domestic and international human resources, Lynn delivers a broad range of services from compensation and benefits to strategic development and talent management.
Lynn began her HR career in 1985 and has traveled throughout the world in her role as HR manager, developing a deep understanding of international regulations and cultural diversity along the way. Lynn has a B.A., is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and is a Certified Behaviors, Values and TriMetrix® Analyst.
