Debra uses her expertise in business management to provide transformational business coaching to upper level management and small business owners as well as real estate investors and agents. Her focus on experiential adult learning has created a platform for tremendous growth for both individuals and companies.
Debra is also a real estate broker in the Boise, Idaho and Seattle, Washington markets and has enjoyed a 30-year career in upper level management. She has a B.A. in Psychology and is a Certified Behaviors, Values and TriMetrix® Analyst.
