Randy founded
Lisk Associates, consultants to business, in 1991. He wears several hats including group facilitator, trusted advisor, coach and consultant. During a workshop in Europe an Italian manager called Randy, "A positive virus which should be spread."
Randy has designed and presented supervisor and leadership education, taught coaching, communications and leadership skills to managers, helped teams reach their goals, and positively impacted the lives of thousands of people.
Randy received one of the first certifications in the country as a Sports Axiologist from The Value Source Group and Jeremy Boone's Athlete By Design. As a Sports Axiologist, he will be working with competitive athletes and their coaches to help them achieve higher levels of performance. Axiology is the science of value. It is a new and unique approach to player improvement. By applying Axiology to the world of sport it is possible to identify the mental blocks that limit a player's potential and help the athlete bring more of his or her potential to the sport.
Randy can also add the title of "author" to his business card as his book
The Page – 10 Powerful Ideas to Transform Any Business was published in early 2008. Today his primary focus is on organizational problem-solving, process improvement, and executive coaching.
Prior to founding Lisk Associates Randy enjoyed a twenty-year career with IBM where he held numerous senior management and leadership roles in engineering and planning. Randy holds a BSEE (electrical engineering) degree from the University of Cincinnati and an MSEE degree from the University of Kentucky.
