Rolando is a results-focused and profitability-driven Operations and Manufacturing Management and Business Professional with over 20 years of progressive management experience with such well known companies as Procter & Gamble and Harman International (JBL Professional). Rolando has a proven background in change management focusing on improving effectiveness and efficiencies of people in their organization and increasing company profitability. He has demonstrated leadership in systems thinking and process improvement and implementation.
Known as a "change agent," Rolando utilizes the principles of Total Quality Management developed by Dr. W. Edwards Deming. He is an excellent problem solver and is certified as a Kepner-Tregoe Analytical Troubleshooting Instructor. He is also a Meyers-Briggs Certified Administrator and is known as an expert in Total Quality Management. He utilizes this expertise, knowledge and background as he facilitates conflict resolution, team building, and diligently manages organizations and companies to increase profitability. Rolando has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
