Ron Oltmanns is a business strategist who partners with business owners, CEO’s and managers in growing companies to
develop leadership talent, growth strategies, business processes and systems to accelerate growth.
Ron has worked as a management consultant and executive coach since 1997 and partnered with several consulting firms over that time period. His work has focused on
measuring talent and
performance in organizations and developing programs that grow the capacity of an organization to deal with change. He has had broad international experience including five years in Southeast Asia, and he previously taught at the university level.
He is a Certified Professional Behavior and Values Analyst and a board member of the
Robert S. Hartman Institute for Axiology, a values research think-tank. He uses the Hartman Value Profile in organizations along with other
tools to increase the total value contribution of the organization.
Ron is an accomplished professional speaker and his passion is developing leadership at all levels in organizations. He founded Leadskill Corp (
www.leadskill.com) in 2003 and is headquartered in Denton, Texas, and has worked with managers at Cisco, Monsanto, Shell, and Siemens as well as smaller growing companies.
