Tim has worked in the business world as an owner and/or manager for almost 30 years. He has enjoyed careers in both the profit and non-profit sectors, including ownership of a technology-driven market research company.
Tim specializes in strategic planning, talent consulting and job benchmarking; developing a clear picture of the natural talents a job requires for superior performance, and creating an excellent match between jobs and candidates. His primary focus is helping companies acquire and develop the very best people for positions that fit their talent potential. Tim has over 20 years experience in behavioral style training and analysis and is a Certified Behaviors, Values and TriMetrix® Analyst. Tim has a B.S. in Accounting.
