The Best Places to Work in Idaho program is an annual, statewide, extremely cost-effective employee survey for organizations with 20 or more employees in the state. The program is administered by the Idaho Business Review, POPULUS and Price Associates.
The program honors the top companies in the state, as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Winners are selected from two categories: small to medium-sized companies of between 20 and 99 employees and large-sized companies consisting of 100 or more employees.
A calculation of the surveys will be performed by POPULUS, a national leader in survey metrics for management. The winners will be honored by the Idaho Business Review at the Best Places to Work awards reception in the spring of 2012. All companies that participate in the 2012 Best Places to Work in Idaho program will receive an evaluation identifying their strengths and weaknesses in five categories based on the data collected from their employees.
